About Dwaylon
I enjoy teaching and helping others. I manage writing and editing services called Aspire Creative LLC. I offer content editing, copy editing, blog writing, article writing, and ghostwriting services.
I am also a self-published author. I enjoy writing and want to help others with writing. I have help, college freshmen, with their writing and provide advice and wisdom about the writing process and be able to grow as a writer.
I was a peer mentor as an undergraduate helping student with their degree plan and helping students finding out what is best for them. I was also an Supplemental Instructor and help college freshmen with their writing.
I have an Associate Degree in Science, Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have a Paraprofessional Certification and a Substitute Teaching Certification.

My process is to listen to the student and get to know the student. Listen to their background and see how their journey is leading them to where they are now. I enjoy getting to know others and be able to hear their story it help me learn about what is important to them and how we can work together.
I have worked with college students
I would advise the student to ask questions to the teacher and get to know the teacher. Look at the experience of the teacher as well as get to know what else they have done besides what you see on a resume or social media.
During my experience as a Supplemental Instructor, I had a student who wanted a lot of one on one session and was dedicated to doing better with writing. I would sit with the student and discuss their writing and give advice and feedback to their writing. I fond of this because the student trusted me to help with their writing.
