About Francisco
Hi, my name is Francisco Kondor.
Qualifications:
I gratuated near the top of my high school class and was valedvictorian of my junior college before completing my education at Xavier University. I have spent 5 years teaching abroad in China [Beijing, Jilin] as well as being promoted to teacher manager and trainer. In addition, I recieved an award from the Jilin provincial government for excellent service. I now have my own tutoring service online, with a usual demographic of students ages 9-12.
Lastly, I can communicate in Chinese and Spanish at basic conversational levels.
For students, what to expect:
I usually craft my own learning material. I believe that learning is done best with repetition and with words learned in context.
When I give an essay they are based on fun, interesting and relavent topics [technology, bullying, climate change] I help with the format, word choice and work with the students to provide their best work.

Teachers should never presume the level of their students. To begin, I check to see what the student can and can't do. If the student is writing, I usually ask for a short writing sample. Then I check with the student to see how they would change their essay. After, I would work to create a tailor made plan to best help the student achieve their goal.
