Hello Students!
My name is Briana DeGeyter and I have a passion of learning! I love English and everything to do with it! I would love to share my knowledge and help you all succeed!

My aunt is a 5th grade teacher and from the time I was 15 years old I would shadow her and learn how she made lesson plans, interacted with her students, and how she taught them to become the best student they could be!
I currently am a pre-intern at Interlachen Elementary. I have plenty of experience with students to know how they retain information and to shape them to become successful!

I do an introduction of myself and explain why I love what I do. I ask the student about themselves to make them more comfortable. I tend to go by how the student likes to learn so it'll be easier for them to retain the information.
I have worked with students from 1st grade to 7th grade. I have seen how each grade level has their own style and I run with it! I love all grades and their standards.
