About Lena

In the beginning, I spend a little time getting to know the student. For a younger student, I focus on reading. For the student I am currently tutoring, I pick out at least one book, and we will read it together. At the end, I ask analytical words. Then, I focus on sight words and spelling. For young adults and older adults, I focus on spelling, grammar, and sentence structure for assignments. I also emphasis crititcal thinking and relating to the text/prompt as much as possible.
