About Sondra
I have been an elementary school teacher and tutor for 20 years teaching both general and special education at the primary K-8 level. I have extensive training in writing, proofreading, and academic testing to evaluate the needs, goals, and accomplishments of my students. I also have experience as a writing coach, teacher mentor, and curriculum creator. My qualifications include a BS degree in elementary education, a year of graduate work in special education, and a current professional K-8 teaching credential in the state of California.
I enjoy finding new ways to engage students and create a student driven learning environment. Making learning fun by incorporating multimedia, such as games, interactive quizzes, and creative activities, is also a passion of mine.
