About Jessica
I am determined to meet to learning goals of each student I work with. I am organized, fun, hardworking but easy going, and committed to educating students of all abilities.
Seeing the "lightbulb" moment when students understand a new concept. Also, seeing students thrive in the classroom whether it is with thier peers or with thier school work.
I began volunteering with a girl who had downs syndrome when I was in the fifth grade, I started volunteering with her at school and then coaching her baseball team. Since I started middle school I spent as much time as I could volunteering in a classroom and I knew I was meant to be a teacher and decided to pursue my degree in elementary education.
