About Anna
I provide one-on-one tutoring throughout the quarantine. It is hard for children to focus when doing school from home, and I can help make sure they stay on track as well as improve on their skills.
I specialize in: English (ESL, essay writing, fiction writing) and French (FSL).
As a McGill University graduate in Political Science, I have written hundreds of University level papers. I am perfectly bilingual in French & English and have experience teaching both.
3 years of tutoring experience in University for English as a Second Language (executive member of Opportutoring, a University Club turned into an independent nonprofit), and Essay Writing
2 years of tutoring experience in High School for French as a Second Language

I believe in a very tailored process - each child is different and learns differently. Before anything, I want to fully understand what works best for them, their history in this subject, their struggles, and their goals. We then work together to set up a plan on how to achieve these goals, and then get started! This way, they are involved in their own learning and know what to expect.
