About Ursula
Hello! I'm a current premed student at Georgetown University. I offer tutoring on a wide array of topics, including math (topics ranging from elementary school math to AB calculus), spanish, English/language arts/writing, science (chemistry, biology, environmental science). I am fluent in English and Spanish. Beyond that, I love working with students of all ages and will provide organized, personalized study plans and roadmaps for academic growth.
I enjoy working as a tutor because I love teaching. Having tutored for over five years, I have found that each student is unique and appreciate the challenge of working with new students. What makes tutoring so meaningful to me is that I get the opportunity to not only offer my students a toolbox with which they can succeed academically but also watch them grow in confidence along the way.

I will have an initial conversation with the student and guardian to access what academic assistance is needed. Once I have assessed the help that the student needs, I will delineate what services I can provide along a relative timeline. Then we start working! I am flexible in meeting with students once or multiple times a week, depending on their schedule and need.
