About Stacy
I am still young and passionate for learning myself so I really try to make learning a fun experience that will leave students with a thirst for more! I want students to recall the different critical thinking skills we learn together now and be able to apply them throughout their scholastic career.
In many ways children are smarter than adults, and I enjoy seeing things from their point of view. Even though I am supposed to be teaching them, they teach me new ways of thinking, new ways of prblem solving, and it helps us both grow in the end.
My best friend taught ESE classes and American Sign Language for years and introduced me to the industry. I am a self employed entrepreneur so the flexibility allows me to do this on the side and help the next generation become successful in their future endeavors.
I am currently enrolled in a training program to gain a certificate but I am required to have logged hours to complete my program.

I will speak with the parent for details specifically from their perspective (or the teacher's) to determine whether the issue lies in the comprehension of information or if it is more of a behavioral situation (lack of attention span, frustration in completing the tasks). I will then formulate a plan of action to track progress on resolving the issue at hand.
I have worked with mostly students under 4th grade.
I am very fun, not super strict. I do not like to be a cause of friction, so if you prefer someone who will be able to speak to you calmly and find solutions to your problems no matter how long it takes, then we will do great together!
My niece was born recently and it has introduced me to the joy of teaching young people the way the world works.

My daughter loves her! She is now enjoying reading and spends time even in her room reading to herself.. It used to be like pulling teeth just to get her to complete her required weekly reading from her teacher. She's honestly a miracle worker. Very personable, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. Definitely recommend for your little one
She is very hands-on and eager to teach.
