About Maeve
I graduated from Vanderbilt University in May 2020 with honors, where I received an English degree with a concentration in Creative Writing. I love to work with students to develop their fundamental writing abilities as well as their own voice. I can offer help with analyzing literature, crafting essays, and editing various assignments. I have been publishing my own writing since high school, and assisting my peers with their papers throughout college. Please contact me if you're interested in working together:)
I taught English while I was in India to Tibetan Refugees, and that instilled a passion to share the skills that I have been lucky enough to gain through years as a student with others.
I studied English at Vanderbilt University, and I apply the technical skills I learned there with the less tactical abilities I have acquired throughout my years as a student to help you best maximize your experience in the classroom.

Maeve helped me throughout my college experience in writing about 15 essays. She gives great, actionable feedback and allows you to gain insight into how certain changes can strengthen your work’s main central line of inquiry. She’s so knowledgeable and almost always has references she gives you (that she knows well) to include in your paper. I wouldn’t have graduated without her!
I am totally a science person and have always been kinda a bad writer but Maeve helped me a ton with vocab and writing and ended up helping me get an A in AP English
