About Alexis
Hello, my name is Alex Pérez. I am an education student at the University of Illinois in Chicago and a substitute teacher. I have experience working with ESL students as an aide and an interpreter. My passion for teaching stems from the learning process. Learning a new language is not easy, and I knew first as an ESL student in grade school.
When learning becomes exciting, it becomes productive. The goal is to make learning fun, and with the different activities I learned as an aide, I am confident learning will become enjoyable.
