About Stanley
I’ve been working in personal training & performance training for almost 10 years. I studied kinesiology at Ouachita Baptist University also lettered in College football for 4 years. I played Defensive back, former Juco all-American, 1st team all-conference. Made GSC all conference honorable mention. Played a couple years in professional football in the CFL & arena football combined.
I have a background in working in physical therapy as well. With my understanding & education i focus on the mechanics in movements, injury prevention, & proper technique to help athletes improve & stay sharp. Since my background is in football, that’s usually the athletes I’ve trained. But i have experience working with e guys & girls, soccer athletes & training hockey! I’ve also coached HS football for 4 years; WRs, LBs, & of course DBs. Besides proper movement skills & mechanics….. i specialize in performance training improving athletes, Speed, agility, Strength & reaction. Improving hand -eye coordination, balance, core strength & hip mobility all factors to help you be the best you can be! I label myself as a coach because i am always teaching & helping my athletes grow to be the best version of their self!
