About Jean

Being a former teenage champion athlete and the father of 3 sons, I know how life-changing playing sports can be to a teenager.I have helped countless high school athletes play at their best.

The biggest fulfillment for me is seeing improvement, and empowering my athletes to understand that through self-discipline and hard work, anything is possible.

As I just mentioned I excelled in sports as teenager. Being featured in 5 fitness magazine's by the time I was 19yrs old. I continued to compete and win championships for 4 different decades. I have worked with athletes on all levels from high school, college and professional.

I am a certified master trainer with over 30yrs of experience. In addition I am a 8x. Teenage champion and national champion drugfree bodybuilder, and author of The Art of The R.E.P. In high school I excelled at football,handball, wrestling and bodybuilding.

About the lesson

When working with a student I first access their weaknesses and strengths. And I design a program to gradually and progressively take them to higher level of strength , speed and conditioning.

I have worked with both high school and college athletes.

If you have a strong desire to improve and play at your best I will not disappoint you!

I am currently working with a 17 yr old and after our very first workout he couldn't wait for our next session. And both his mother and grandfather thanked me for making such a big impact.
