About Mila
I'm very excited to meet each new student and find ways to connect with them and help them grow as a learner. I pride myself on my patience and outside of the box thinking in my teaching meathods. I am very enthusiastic and foster a creative and fun learning atmosphere.
I enjoy watching my students progress and seeing just how quickly they can develope and strengthen the skills they've learned with me.
I am a international studies and French double major with a minor in journalism so I have extensive experience in professional writing of all kinds in addition to my deep understanding of the basics of English, literature and writing. I worked for my schools news paper and literary magazines and have been tutoring French for two years and essay writing unprofessionally for 3 years. I am not a professional English tutor but I believe I am more than qualified for many English tutoring needs. I have worked with children all my life from babysitting to counseling at a camp and running preschool programs in the afternoon for my high school. I am prepared to put my best effort into every students experience and make them feel comfortable and confident in their skills.

Mila is a patient and constructive tutor. In my experience, Mila tutored me in Pre Calculus and my junior year English Class. She edited my papers and helped me master concepts in Pre Calculus before exams. On one of my opera where I received a C, Mila helped me to bring the corrections up to an A! Highly recommend this outstanding girl!
She was very helpful and gave a lot of constructive notes. She not only helped me with papers and essays but helped me to become a better writer overall.
