Brenda Williams has over twenty-five years of experience consulting, coaching and mentoring individuals and businesses in a wide range of personal and professional development. Brenda is a caring, dedicated and well-respected coach in the field of leadership development which comprises leadership of self and others. Informally I coached for many years. When I went seeking more purpose in life I realized that coaching was my personal passion and professional mission.
I then left a very successful career and founded Your Coaching Solution and Academy For Leadership Communication to help others "Create The Life They Want"!
I have over 20 years business experience working with people and organizations. Over the years I have mentored and coached 1000s of individuals on how to become more effective at communicating, selling themselves and removing hidden obstacles that stand in their way of success.
I have three certifications and I am a Board Certified Coach in IPEC-Energy Leadership, EBW-Business Emotional Intelligence and ICF-International Coach Federation.
Recently I received a Lifetime Acheivment Award from The White House congratulating me on the volunteer work I have done to help create a new era of people that work together shaping a better tomorrow for our great nation.
