About Dalya
My mission is to bring calm, purpose and joy into your everyday life through awareness of your values, physical movemnet and mindful eating.
I am a certified Inegrative Nutrion Coach. Since graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) I work with client's health and wellness, focusing on physical, mental and spiritual health alongside nutrition.
The Green Health Method was created to bridge the gap between mental and physical health. The Green Health Method is a holistic approach to help people reclaim control over their body and mind.
Green Health Method empowers you to become your own health guru following a custom program based on you physical and emotional concerns. Green Health Method will help you conquer achievable life-changing goals, so everyday is full of joy and purpose.
If you prefer a quick make-over, Green Health Method has you covered with a crash course . This is ideal for someone who feels they have a good balance in their lives between health, physical exercise, relationships and career but are looking to jump start their diet or just check-in with themselves whilst being held accountable.

I would love to see if we are a right fit through carrying out a Health Consultation.
Once we have agreed that I am the person to support and love you, you will enter a 3-6 month program (which can be extended thereafter).
We will meet twice a month for 6 months for a total of 12 sessions. The meetings can take place online or in person depending on your distance from me. I see clients globally too. A lot of life events happen within 6 months and it will provide you with the greatest level of success by creating habtits and mental models to last a lifetime!
I primarily work with women between the ages of 25-45 years old.
My advice to a student seeking a Life or Health Coach to only work with someone that the feel a connection with. This is where meaningful changes can occur.
