About Coach Jacquia

The best part of my job is witnessing my students acquire the results they desire. My service takes you on a self healing/self development journey in a holistic fashion. I cater to your mental, physical and spiritual wellness eith talk therapy, meditaiton, sound healing and more! As a holistic practioner for the last 7 years, my full focus is self mastery. I trust that my service will enable you to learn more about yourself and the life you are living.

I enjoy being in the presence of my students who are eager to better themeselves even if they do not know how. We figure out how together. I love that this job is all about teamwork. My work is as valuable to my students as it is for me. I wake up everyday full of passion to inspire, that is living!

After losing over 50 lbs of weight, I came out of a deep depression back in 2018 (Postpartum depression) with a deep urge to help other women do the same. I was fortunate enough to be able to self heal my body aches, bad habits and mental disparities with a holistic lifestyle change.

I started teaching my friends and family, which quickly grew to sharing knowledge with my social community. From there I wanted to expand in knowlege so I put my Wellness Coaching certification to use by offering Wellness Coaching in the dimensions of Health & Wellness.

Later I discovered women are not only burdened by health & wellness inconsistencies. Instead it was revealed to me that overall life coaching should be my focus. As a holistic practitioner, it was the obvious choice. My life already consisted of what I'd be teaching, now here I am actually bringing it into fruition. Mind, body and spiritual coaching is my jam, I am at home. Let's get to healing.

Consultation call to assess their current holisitc wellness needs and how I may help using life coaching.

Through talk therapy we agree on which dimension of wellness is most in need to change.

Working in a holistic (mind, body, spirit) process enables broad results that are not linear. Creating sustainable change.

I've worked with only women who are seeking a healthier lifestyle physically, mentally and spiritually. My focus is women simply because I am a woman who can most relate to other women. My specialty is mothers, as a mom myself I empathize with the holistic burdens we face and if gone un cared for; the damages that can occur to our self worth.

I advise you to "never look back".

As you progress to your higher self, your old self must be let go. You are rewiring your mind, body and spirit; there's no room for the old you. Transform and commit to the journey. The fact that you're considering learning from me is proof you're over who you "used to be".

Recently (covers eyes) I am fond of actually learning how to drive a car. After many years of declaring that I would never drive due to FEAR, it felt good to conquer such a deep rooted belief. My fear was that I wouldn't be able to do it, silly right! Turns out I am a natural driver. Makes sense because I am a super fast learner.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

1. What do I need most of in my life? Mental, physical or spiritual elevation?

2. Am I in a financial position to appoint a consistent teacher who will help me elevate?

3. What am I willing to give up holistically in order to elevate ?

Standard pricing starts at $75.00 per session. Typically, sessions are 1 hr 15 mins. This session is more in depth, you do more talking (a.k.a venting) as I intuitively guide you with many life coaching resources to help solve your problem you are venting about.

I offer 30 min sessions for only $40. This lesson would be directed towards action oriented strategies that you can implement immediately.
