About Christina

I am a certified coach who focuses on all the needs of the LGBT Community. I myself identify as queer. As such, I have personally experienced many of the challenges life throws at us. I have a unique understanding and a skill set that will allow me to help you overcome whatever obstacles may lie in front of you.

Whether you are experiencing issues at work, with friends and family, coming out or transitioning; I can help you. Together, we will create a collaborative strategy to help you overcome and move forward and be succesful.

My passion for coachng/mentoring others began while I was serving in the Army. As a noncommissioned officer discovered I enjoyed working with younger soldiers to work on their professional development. After my service ended I found other ways to continue this. Volunteering with various LGBT organizations was a major influence for me. I realized I wanted to help others like me be succesful.

I am a certified coach with past experience coaching other LGBT individuals. I have participated in several public forums on LGBT issues and Wome'ns issues.

About the lesson

We will begin with a discovery session. It is at this time we will identify your wants and needs. From there, we will creat an agenda, state your intent, and begin working on the strategies you need to become your most authentic self!

I have worked with miltary students, and all types of LGBT individuals. My focus in the past has been working with women and Transgender individuals.

Find someone that has experience in the area you are struggling. Find someone you can relate to and trust. Open communication will be key in your personal growth.
