About Rebecca

Aloha!

I am a professional yoga & meditation instructor who has specialized in the subject since I was 17 years old. It is a pleasure of mine to share the yoga practice from Sri Krishnamacharya and also the ancient practice of meditations. I am constantly learning and imporving my own practice, and thus share with others.

I began teaching after my grandmother died. I went to Bali and transformed my life with positivity into a living dream!

I learned many lessons while at Yoga Teacher Training, on how to care for my own happiness and support the seeking of, for others.

About the lesson

We will get to know eachother through asking questions, interaction and open communication.

All types! You imagine it I probably have worked with them. I've worked with overseas travelers from all around the world, with traumatized and abused individuls in recovery, with CEOs and globally-known celebrities, with children experiencing autism and diagnosed with developmental disabilties, and with ages children to grandparents and everything in between.

I have also taught around the world!

I have taught at yoga festivals and Reggae concerts!

There are no wrong answers in yoga. Listen to your heart.

Recently I taught at a private 27 acre piece of Hawaiian Homeland right against King Kong mountain, under palm trees upon a bed of yellow flowered grass. It was a yin yoga class ending with Yoga Nidra (aka yogic sleep) - a class used to maintain a deep REM state of meditation. At its finish, it lightly rained.

The whole thing was heavenly.
