(concealed information)

For private lessons, we start off with a 30 minute consult for setting goals and reasonable expectations. From there I designed a program that will work with you and your lifestyle.
I’ve worked with all kinds of students from people with broken backs, replaced hips, young athletes weekend warriors, and everything in between.
Alignment is everything. Do you want to hire a teacher who knows not just physical alignment but spiritual alignment as well. Do you want to hire a teacher who knows anatomy well so that you can protect your joints. You want to hire a teacher who is interested in your longevity not just aesthetic results.
We recently held an event at the studio called the soul healing experience. It was a wonderful event. People came and were able to be themselves and to share and be in community.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Before you talk to a teacher about your needs you need to know what they are. Often we want to improve ourselves because we think that there is something inherently wrong with us. You need to know why you want to improve yourself be brutally honest about it
