Fergie is a compassionate, attentive instructor. Her workout regiments are challenging, and yes sometimes fun. There's always a new program every week, never boring. I am stronger, more determined to succeed. Fergie has an extensive knowledge of what the body is capable of and uses that knowledge to my benefit. I like the use of equipment.

Just after a few classes there was a noticeable difference in my balance, flexibility and No back pain, Yippee! If you’re not attending one of her classes you’re nuts.
