About Kate

I offer personal development trainings and individual sessions to help people create truly fulfilling lives. This is not ordinary Life Coaching. I offer powerful transformational processes that get immediate results and nuanced, inspirational, personal development trainings that help people effectively apply the tools of transformation.

I love helping people create more love, happiness and a deeper sense of purpose. I have spent my entire life studying methods of healing and I love fine tuning my approach to individuals to get results.

My Bio: Dr. Kate Siner has been on NBC, ABC, Fox, and other major network affiliates speaking on fulfillment and success. She’s been featured and quoted in numerous journals, magazines, and online resources including the Huffington Post and Self magazine. She has authored two books and coauthored a best-selling book with Jack Canfield. She hosts her own radio show “Real Answers” each week. She’s a winner of the “2015 Women Entrepreneur to Watch Award” from the Rhode Island Small Business Journal and the Stevie Award for best Mentor/Coach of the year. She has spoken on WPRO, MIX Talk of the Town, Consciousness Network, and TalkStream Radio. A certified Core Energetics Therapist, an Expressive Arts Therapist, and Mental Health Counselor, she is also trained in coaching, women’s empowerment, hypnosis, leadership, bodywork, and transpersonal and humanistic methods. Dr. Kate is committed to lifelong growth and development.

While completing her PhD, Dr. Kate worked as a hands-on healer and massage therapist. She worked in hospice, addictions treatment, and private practice. She currently runs a small non-profit, Larger Visions, dedicated to helping end gender-based violence through the development of emotional intelligence.

Dr. Kate is an avid traveler, bibliophile, and mother of one amazing son. In her free time, she takes tango lessons, paints, and loves to enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal.

About the lesson

I start with a consultation. During the consultation we decide what is the best way to work together. Options include one to one and group trainings.

I work predominately with women who are inteliigent, motivated and dedicated. They care about the quality of their own lives and they care just as much about making a difference in the world. They are intuitive, insightful and ready for big changes.

I have a significant amount of training and experience. However, that is never more important that the fit between you and the person you work with. The person you work with is someone who inspires trust and gives you the feeling you can go where you want to go.
