About Lila
but even at its worst, we don’t make mistakes. There are many different ways that people cope with things and handle situations some healthy some not. Together, we will discuss how to handle stress, better understand positive mental health, as well as understanding positive psychology, that potentially could be applied, showing you it was all just a happy accident. I’m Lila I have a AA in Psychology and am a year shy of my BS in Psychology. Currently I am working as a behavioral technician during my pursuit to become a clinical psychologist. As someone who can understand stress is hard in more than simply a text book way, let’s learn how to move forward.

Her kindness and openness to my learning abilities and level at the time. She did great understanding my level and then matching and improving it in a not judgmental, understanding way. Very personalized!
