About Ryan
At intrepid we use CrossFit as our main fitness program. CrossFit is a fitness program that will change your life. By it’s definition, it uses “constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity”. As a truly functional program, the difficulty level of our daily workouts is designed to be increased or decreased, depending upon the individual. This makes them doable by anyone.Daily workouts could include things such as core conditioning, rowing, sprinting, gymnastics, lifting, etc. And all our workouts are designed to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility.In doing so this causes the most well rounded fitness and health in terms of strength, endurance, blood pressure, body fat, and many other markers.Where Intrepid differs from others is we do not believe that throwing a person into a group class such as CrossFit is the best approach. We have tried it, its not pretty! We require 6-12 personal training sessions before joining our CrossFit classes.
I started 12 years ago just helping fiends cause it was a real passion that I turned into a business.

I have worked with high level athletes to grandmothers. I can work with everyone and have my biggest concern would just be if we would work for each other.
