About James

My focus is to provide you with the best possible quality when it comes to your health and wellness. Sure, there will be trainers out there that are more affordable, however, I make sure every person succeeds by committing 100% of my time to you. I’ve helped over 100 people drop well over 20 pounds, over 5% body fat, and truly transform their lives within a matter of a few months. I put my heart and soul into everyone because I know what it’s like struggling to be comfortable in your own skin. I’ve been there. I’m not a coach who will flaunt around and take fitness pictures shirtless. I try to be my genuine self, because that’s how you connect to people better. If you want a coach who can whole heartedly relate to you and your struggles, who will provide you with everything you need to reclaim your life (tailored exercise, step by step nutrition, top notch accountability, lessons on health and wellness, etc) then I encourage you to reach out to me and let me help you!! Stop making excuses and put your personal health first 💪🏼. This is an online 90 day program, but we can chat about in person training IF you’re local 🙂

I knew I wanted to be a fitness professional when I was a junior in high school. I’ve struggled with weight my whole entire life - fluctuating up and down all the time. I was at my heaviest a few years ago, which lead me to be at my lowest and darkest point in life. I made a commitment to my health and my happiness, and I have successfully lost 60+ pounds within a matter of a year. I know what’s it’s like because I’ve been there. I strive to help others change their life around because no one should live their life in their lesser self.

I have a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer. I was a former Zumba instructor, and I have spent a year working in Physical Therapy as a student PTA.

About the lesson

We will hop on a few calls to chat about your goals, and see if and how I can help you! If you decide that this is a good fit for you, then we begin the Orientation Session.

This is where I provide you will everything you need to succeed and make massive changes! (Exercise program, your nutrition and meal guide, Facebook community page for accountability, web course content, etc.

I have worked with youth, teens, college athletes, busy middle aged men and woman struggling with weight management, and special postulations.

Find one that you can connect with! Someone who will help make those bad habits of yours, a healthy sustainable routine. Also, someone who will make your training experience fun!

I started the Health Warrior Academy, which is a 90 Day online transformation course. This project has allowed me to take my knowledge and expertise to the online community, reaching and helping more and more people.

It is priced at $60/session (as the breakdown of what it would be if you were to have 3- 1hour training sessions a week for 90 days with a general trainer)
