About Patricia

As a life coach, I help you create a vision of the future you want and support you as you pursue your vision. Coaching is an iterative process, it is a process of refinement unfolding in real time. I serve as your coach, partner, and friend during this time of hard work.

Your expertise is YOU. You are responsible for bringing your full self to our time together. My expertise is powerful listening and engaged questioning. I serve as your accountability partner throughout. My skills as a life coach, and my experience as an executive, a single parent, and a community member provide a foundation from which I create a safe and nurturing environment for our work together.

I am committed to working with men and women to help reach your goals. I started my coaching business to help others working through transitions which may feel overwhelming and uncertain.

I served as the financial lead in several non-profits over the last 20 years. My responsibilities often included managing the Human Resource function and employee relations. It is through these relationships, I discovered my passion for working with others. I was attending an event and did not have a name tag with me... what to do?? Aha! - the moment of inspiration struck! I found a coffee cup sleeve nearby, wrote my name on it and used it as a slide on my scarf - perfection. It was unique, solution driven, and spontaneous - traits I identify with.
