Perfect! Coach G is an amazing coach found him online to help my son with some pad work to improve his karate. Jay is 15 with gross motor delays so it's take longer for him to catch on the things than other people. he is patient help them with his role in roll out slip in slip out pad work coordination so far 12 sessions I see the growth
Perfect! Great communication skills! Patient with beginners! The gym location is worth it! Professional and understanding! Also did some cardio and pushed me to run a few miles !
Perfect! Very professional! On time! Took his time teaching me because i am a slow leaner! One of the best parts is you do not have to pay to access the gym! After the boxing lesson we worked on cardio! Very great trainer if you want to get great results! Recommend to hire! Bronx bound !
Perfect! Excellent trainer
