Welcome to M.A.T.S., where we blend the art of Tae Kwon Do with the invigorating practices of self-defense, kickboxing cardio, and yoga-pilates for a comprehensive fitness experience. Located in Denver, CO, our classes are designed to enhance your knife skills and overall martial arts proficiency, while also promoting physical fitness and mental well-being. Been teaching the last 10 + years received 3rd Degree Black Belt both in World Tae Kwon Do Federation and 2nd Degree in American Tae Kwon Do Federation
Hold a 3rd Degree in World Tae Kwon Do Federation and 2nd Degree in American Tae Kwon Do Association. Training course skills in Tae Kwon Do through both organizations. Skills in Kenpo, Aikido, Hapkido, Boxing, Kick-Boxing and Self-Defense, and weapons.

I enjoy observing Boxing and MMA to adapt on other skills while pursuing other course instruction in self defense and fitness
