About Adam
One of the best I lessons that I ever learned in school was that everybody needs help sometimes. If it wasn't for a group of teachers, friends, and other students who cared enough to help me out, I would have had a much harder time. But because of their help, I was able to not only pass, but excel in school, and I'd like to help you do the same.
My technical qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, job experience with several different software development firms, and an internship with the Department of Defense. I worked as a math and computer science tutor in high school, and was employed by my school as a camp counselor who tutored incoming students in calculus and other math subjects. I've developed my interpersonal skills through jobs in customer service, and worked as a park ranger with Colorado state parks, where I received training and experience in effective communication and conflict resolution.
I belive that all of these things make me an effective and knowledgeable tutor, and I'd like to use my knowledge and experience to help you achieve your academic goals.
