About Kobe
I graduated from UNM with a BS in applied mathematics. I have always believed that math is taught poorly in schools, but I was lucky to have had amazing teachers for my math education that showed me that math is tangible and exciting and they showed me how to understand math instead of memorize equations. I have been tutoring my collogues and other peoples for years in and out of school. I believe that with the correct instruction everyone can understand math. Everyone learns different and the job of the teacher is to learn how their pupils learn best and use that to knowledge to help them understand the concepts in a way that works for them. This is my approach to tutoring, not to force people to memorize something but to help them understand why it works.
