About Saagar
I am a recent college graduate (May 2020) with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology. I am an aspiring medical school student who is currently obtaining a Masters in Public Health. I am very passionate about sharing my knowledge and teaching others. I have tutored several kids before in math and reading courses, and most recently served as a math tutor at my college university's Academic Resource Center. Math and Science have always interested me since a young age. I took AP Calculus BC when I was 16 years old and got the highest score on the AP exam (5) as well as a 35 on the ACT for Math. Professionally, I also have 3 articles published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
Personally, I am a very outgoing and driven person. Once I set my mind to helping someone or helping any of my students thrive, I do anything I can to make that happen. My young age is a positive because when working with students of similar ages, I am able to relate the content to them in a more understandable manner. I am also willing to be available at all hours of the day by phone if the student has any questions or concerns. Providing excellent service is something I pride myself 100% on.
I have tutored kids before in Math at a learning center near my home. I also have a bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Biology. I graduated with honors and also tutored at my university. I am also very outgoing and will be able to form a strong teacher-student relationship.

One of the best tutors I’ve ever had And was always available when I needed help which was the best part. Explained the content in a way that was easy for me to understand and I went from a 78 to a 91 in my Algebra 2 class. If you need someone to tutor math and can communicate well/form bonds with teenagers, I definitely recommend trying him out
