About Allyson
I am a high school math teacher with years of tutoring experience. I have specifically tutored algebra, calculus, linear algebra, and a variety of standardized tests such as ACT, SAT, Praxis, etc. I am experience in teaching and tutoring online and can instruct and assist students successfully through use of video calls while screen sharing an iPad.
I am going on my fourth year as a high school math teacher and I have been tutoring since 2014.

I like to give a couple of questions at the beginning to get an idea of where they are at, and then instruct and guide them through different examples surrounding that idea.

Allyson was my tutor for Calc 1 and 2 and she is amazing at breaking down and explaining problems. She also had practice problems for me as well. Overall she was the only reason I did well in that class.
