About Jacqueline
I have been teaching for four years and specialize in mathematics and working with students with disabilities.
I graduated with my Bachelor's in Education (1-6) and Certification in Mathematics from the State University of Oneonta in 2015, and just this year, (2019) completed my Master's in Special Education from Western Governers University.
For three of my four years teaching, I have worked in the Bronx and one year as a part of the Middletown City School District in Middletown, NY. I enjoy continuing to research best practices for my students and helping them to achieve their potential in new ways each school year. I have been using the Self-Paced Learning model as a way to differentiate for my students so they can learn at their own paces while still learning the content they are expected to know by the end of the academic school year.
I am dedicated to finding innovative ways to have each child get the education they deserve using the learning modalities they work with the best.
I believe that evyer child deserves to learn and achieve their highest potential, and I'm excited to help each one get there!
