About Trinie
Over the course of my academic career, I have tutored students from a wide range of grade levels starting from 1st grade students all the way up to 10th graders. Through these experiences, I have learned to adapt my teachings to match the learning styles of each kid to ensure they can not only complete material but also understand it to build a strong foundation for their future courses.
One of the best parts of tutoring is watching a student finally understand a topic after struggling with it for a bit. I also love understanding how different kids learn to approach problems in different ways expanding my own knowledge on how they can learn better, therefore allowing me to understand how to teach them better.
I have been tutoring children for the past 5 years ranging from students in 1st grade to 10th grade. Many students were satisfied with my help and have seen positive results on homework and tests.

When working with a new student during a first session, I want to ask either the student or their parent how the student works best. I would also ask whether the student is struggling with one specific topic or wants to improve overall in the level of math. If the student has homework that takes up the entire session, I would prioritize that. But if the student has no homework or needs help studying, I can make worksheets that relate to the student's topic at the moment or even teach further if the parent or student so desires.
