About Charlotte
I went to a public charter school that taught me lots about all the different ways to solve math problems. I know that all people learn differently, and therefore look to help students through there work in the way that they best understand!
I'm a student at UC Berkeley studying Environmental Economics and Policy and Applied Mathematics.
In high school, I got 5s on my AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP US Government, AP World History, and AP US History, all using my own study methods.
I have experience tutoring students in math all levels up to calculus, middle school and high school entrance exams, and assisting in successful learning in AP history courses.

I enjoy being able to share my passion for learning with other people. I was lucky to receive the education I did, and I want to share the knowledge and methods of learning I received with others! I love seeing kids' faces light up when they connect the dots, solve a problem correctly, or just understand the why of the answer to a question. It's the excitement of students learning!
I began with volunteering at the Alexandria House, a transitional living facility for women and their children. Working with the children I learned that I loved sharing my love of learning with others!

I begin with reviewing the student's goals for each session, and from there set up a game plan/schedule for the session. This creates a specific purpose for each session to ensure productivity!
Quarantine has left me with ample time, so I'm training for a half marathon!

After that, my price depends on the subject matter at hand and how frequently you would like to be using my services. I'm willing to work with everyone's financial situation, I would never want this to be a boundary for a child's learning.
