About E-Kan
Hello, I am an experienced, easy-going guy who can help students from all levels of math from grade school to high school. I graduated from the University of Chicago and have been helping my students succeed for over 9 years here in Southern California.
I love helping my students achieve and maximize their potential.
I have always excelled at math, and I was looking for a flexible job where I could use my skills and also work with children. Tutoring is a great fit.
I studied math and economics at the University of Chicago.

I like to first get an idea what his or her current grades are and see where the student is with the current material, whether we are catching up on material or if he's on pace and just needs deeper understanding. Then we would work on school material and adjust according to what his needs are. If school material is lacking I would need to create more material to better prepare the student.
