We start with a free consultation online via Zoom where I introduce myself to you and your student and we chat about their academic experiences. Then we make a plan for how we would use session time every week. For example: if your 7th grade student is struggling in math but also needs help in their creative writing class. We can spend 30 minutes on math homework help, 15 minutes of math enrichment/review and 15 minutes on creative writing. The first few sessions we will establish a routine. Whether it is 5 minutes of math facts or reviewing chemistry concepts, with a structured approch to tutoring, students will see progress with consistency.
