About Praneeth
I'm just a regular high school student who is gifted in math. I have other tutoring experiences such as Mathlings (for elementary school kids). I have always been relatively good at math. Right now, I'm doing a math class that is 3 grades ahead of my grade.
I got started teaching through a club I started in middle school called Coding Club. Through this club, I taught middle school students about coding.
I have volunteered at numerous tutoring places, including teaching elementary school students competition math. Furthermore, I am taking advanced levels of math.

I like to check what the student knows. Then I introduce new topics slowly and carefully with examples to make sure the learning process is as active as possible. Finally, when we learn all the topics, I do a quick summary and jump into some practice problems.
I've worked with middle and elementary school students.
I would advise finding a teacher with plenty of experience with every type of problem. This is because making silly mistakes can change with every problem, and not understanding the problem before solving it can be a make-or-break situation.
One event I'm fond of is when I helped a student through Limits and Continuity (a Calculus topic) from basic pre-calc. Although it took a while, I caught the student up.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should review their past tests or grades before they talk to teachers about their needs. They should also be as specific as possible.
