Melanie teaches from a traditional authentic style. She is classically trained in pilates method which is extremely rare. Unlike class-based pilates teaching, working with Melanie on a one-on-one basis is invaluable and way more productive. One hour with her is equivalent to ten weeks in a class setting. She knows how to work at my level while challenging me to improve flexibility and strength. I highly recommend training with her!
