About Ellen
As a mother of two young toddlers, I have faced barriers like all other moms, being a responsible mother while staying as a young me. Therefore, my primary clients are usually new mothers.
I help them to build a HEALTHY BODY at the same time ADOPTING HEALTHY HABITS during a busy and long journey of becoming a MOTHER.
I am a NASM certified Weight Loss Specialist who owns both theoretical and practical knowledge of LOSING WEIGHT and GETTING IN SHAPE in a HEALTHY WAY; working in the field for the last 2 years consecutively.
I am always welcome to ALL THE BEAUTIFUL MOTHERS and I always try to MAKE THEIR BEST FRIEND.
