About Lynn
We are a small private studio that offers group reformer and mat Pilates classes in a predetermined format as well as PRIVATE training. Our methods developed in NY for a back specialist and are focused on form and improving back strength and function.
It is great to see the wide variety of clients utilizing this program to meet their fitness goals. All fitness levels are welcome and can feel comfortable in this non judgemental atmosphere.
Our trainers all have strong background in fitness and or pilates. Our owner background is in pysical therapy as well.
