About Monique
We provide high quality Pilates and Mind/Body Fitness Programs to groups and individuals seeking exceptionally trained instructors and an environment that is clean, safe and professionally managed. Our intention is to meet our clients, according to their own needs, with knowledge, understanding, adaptability and integrity. As we guide them toward mindful movement, they will master the skills required to improve their posture, (flexibility, alignment, core strength and ultimately their quality of life. The foundation of our work begins with the principles developed by Joseph Pilates. Through these teachings, we are able to design the most appropriate individualized exercise programs in order to create healthy, vital, strong bodies.
