About Alexandria
I love getting ladies in shape for what they want not what I want. I love the challenges that I receive from ladies from all ages. I really love working out with mothers from natural childbirth to censorians. I'am a mother that had three cesareans. I was once 215 lb now I am 120 muscle lean and tone
What I enjoy about this is hearing the ladies tell me their feedback from how they sell the day before meeting me and training with me.
I love motivating and encouraging women on top of that I love praying and ministering to each and every lady I train with.
I am ISSA certified I also have an LLC,
