About Stephanie
I have 20 years of authentic Pilates experience. I am qualified on every piece of equipment and on every level. I can easily teach anybody with any injury or limitation with or without any equipment.
i am passionate and experienced and have developed an emotional intelligence to connect with people and help them thrive.
It was an immediate passion from my first session.
I was trained by the protégée of Joseph Pilates. I am a classically trained Pilates teacher.

Typically I would come to your home and see how we work together. From that point we would make a schedule of one to three days a week. We can work in person or over an online platform.
