About Randy
The Metro Fitness Clubs are hybrid, boutique health clubs with a foundation in personal training and weight loss solutions. Our trainers all have BS degrees in Exercise Science, top accredited certifications, complete internships and are mentored for 60 days by a senior trainer. Our extensive education and experience seperates our team from any other gym in our area!
I started the company in 1995 as a private 1 on 1 personal training studio and grew it into a two club business, but I remain focused on the personal training dept.
All of our trainers have BS degrees in Exercise Science and one of the top 3 personal training certifications.

We begin with a free goal consultation and review health history and previous exercise/nutrition habbits. Once we decide to move forward we review all of the training options to determine the best plan that meets both a clients budget and the level of accountability they are looking for.
