About Alessa

Alessa is a certified IM=X and Yoga Allience Pilates Instructor with 10 years teaching experience on both the Reformer and in Mat Pilates classes. She has a passion for perfecting her healthy self, fully understanding the wonderful machine that is the human body, and passing along her knowledge to her clients. Alessa's passions were ignited during her time at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she studied anatomy and performing arts and obtained her B.A. in World Arts and Cultures, Dance Concentration.

Alessa has trained all levels and professions; from stay-at-home parents to members of the US Military and DoD professionals to doctors and lawyers. Alessa will work with your busy schedule to achieve your health goals.

When you begin to understand how your body works you will see changes you never thought possible.

I am an IM=X Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates Certified Instructor with 10 years experience.

I also hold a Mat Pilates Certification from Yoga Alliance.

I obtained my BA in Dance from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a focus in anatomy.

About the lesson

I will ask new students to fill out a basic evaluation about their current lifestyle, activity level, and health goals.

Then, I will begin with 5 steps to proper body alignment and proper Pilates breathing, and we will begin our intro workout.

I have worked with Athletes, Students, All Branches of the US Military and DoD, Busy Professionals, and Stay-at-home mothers.

Finding a qualified teacher is half the battle, you also have to like their teaching style.

Give me a try! I will explain everything and work at your pace to build a stronger you.

Private Mat Classes (I come to your space)

1 class: $80

10 classes: $750 ($75 per class)

15 classes: $1050 ($70 per class)

Pilates Party (two or more people)

1 class: $100

10 classes: $900 ($90 per class)

**number of participants in a Pilates Party must be approved ahead of time, this is for space reasons. And, all classes must be used by all members in the group each scheduled time.

Cancelations Must Be Made 24HR Before The Start Of Class, Or you Forfeit That Class.
