About Peggy
I have been teaching Pilates for 17 years. I teach Mat classes, Reformer sessions, Pilates for Osteoporsis and Pilates/Yoga Fusion.
I am Stott Pilates Certified, Buff Bones Trained, a long time Yoga student and a lifetime student of Movement coming from a dance background.
I am retired Muscular Therapist and also certified in Neuromuscular therapy.
I love working one on one or with small groups to help students meet their personal fitness goals. I love how Pilates changes people.They begin to create strength and flexibility. We work on balance, alignment, breathing and deep core stability. I use small prop's such as weights, flex band, fitness circle, bosu ball and more to help students achieve their goals as well as to keep the classes interesting. I also work with students with Osteoporosis.
