About Jan
Pilates Midwest is the area's Classically Trained Pilates studio. We adhere to Joe Pilates body of work and are 3rd generation teachers (meaning we have received our training from both teachers who worked for Joe Pilates and those who have been certified by those teachers!).
We enjoy helping our clients reach their fitnss goals and realize the many benefits of Classical Pilates.
