About Springs
Katherine is an Active Aging and Senior Specialist with extensive 30 years+ experience in post rehab Pilates therapeutics as well as injury prevention and sports performance enhancement. Featuring the ONLY Advanced Level 5 MELT Method (fascia and neuromuscular training) and Advanced Level 3 MELT for Pilates instructor in Northern California. Level 3 Oov Instructor. Personalized instructor for Individuals and/or 6 students maximum very small semi-private and affordable groups. Virtual private and small group classes offered via Zoom and Facetime during Covid-19.
ALL SERVICES ARE CURRENTLY OFFERED ONLINE ONLY VIA ZOOM OR FACETIME DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS. Sharing ways to help people relieve pain, move better in their bodies, and enjoy their life activities more. I have great success in achieving goals with all of my students but I am especially thrilled with the great results by those who disliked exercise or were severely limited in their ability to participate in other programs.

We offer a reduced price Individual Primer (Introductory) session where we review a written Health History and Information form (filled out in advance to save session time) and discuss goals. We then conduct a movement assessment while familiarizing the student with our studio, equipment, the terminology they will hear during a typical session, and then save time to discuss training options and schedule future visits. The Primer instructor takes notes to customize future programming.
