I've been a martial artist sine 1990, and have been teaching martial arts full time since 2010.
I have been a student of NLP and hypnosis, personal mastery and most recently a soon to be certified personal trainer.
I am a personal mastery life coach, a fitness trainer, martial arts and self defense teacher and mentor. I work with people of all ages and from all backgrounds.

Details
Martial arts training is a monthly membership that starts at $99 per month.
Kickboxing classes range from $15 per class to $9 per class depending on the package you buy.
Personal training varies on goals and commitments.
NLP coaching can be on a session to session basis or you can purchase goal oriented packages.
Hourly sessions vary from $125 to $300 per hour depending on many variables.
There is always a free class to take, a free consultation, or very affordable trial programs available. Call me and we can set something up.
